I painted this last batch of stuff for the book from the road....We've been galavanting for most of August...Love my Tablet PC...I can now paint on an airplane. What a country indeed.
Anyhow, if you ever get a chance to head up to your local national park, (we spent a week in Yosemite) do it. We must remind ourselves every now and then that we are animals and it is good to walk unprotected among large preditory cats, bears and big, big, big assed four hundred year old trees. Makes one feel small, but in a good way. Not like a meeting with animation executives but like a conversation with higher intelligence.
I never put up photos, but I like this one. I look so relaxed. I feel bad for those kids though. They have very little chance of turning out normal. The pretty lady with the tongue is my lovely wife Aimee. She sheds a lot, but at least we don't fight. Never ever.
